Toro

 A coffee table of important dimensions, which in the inspiration – and also in the name – goes back to classical architecture (the “ Toro” was in fact one of its elements), while in the proportions and in the choice of materials it refers to sobriety and rigor of the Japanese style. A lower shelf fits into the Toro solid ash structure and can be equipped with one or two leather trays, which moves on hidden guides. The top is in transparent or smoked tempered glass, embellished with an important beveled edge. A piece that finds its ideal home in contemporary settings, thanks to the rigor of the lines and the harmony of the proportions. The essential design emphasizes the preciousness of the details, such as the chromed metal spacers that hold the top and the contrasting dyed edge of the leather.
